Our Policies. (Or as we like to call them: friendly reminders to ensure everyone has a great experience!)

waitlists

6 hours or more before class start: When you are on a waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will automatically be moved into class and notified by email.  If you are not able to make it to class, be sure to cancel or you will be charged. By placing yourself on a waitlist, you assume responsibility for any spot you acquire. Please be sure to check your email regularly when you are wait-listed to see if you have been moved into class. We are not able to refund the class if you do not cancel before the 6 hour window.

Please note that the 6 hour window applies to 6:00am and 7:00am classes.  If you do not plan on waking up to see if you have made it off the waitlist, please take yourself off before going to bed or you will be charged if you are moved into the class and do not show.

6 hours or less before class start: If it is less than 6 hours before class time, we will not move you into class unless we can get in touch with you to confirm. In the event that we call and are unable to speak with you, we will go to the next person on the waitlist, or first come first serve, in studio.

6 & 7AM Classes: We will not call any lither before 8AM.  If you are waitlisted (not in the class) and show up for class, please arrive early as we give priority to those who are there first.  If you'd like to check the status of a 6AM or 7AM classes, please call the studio as early as 5:30AM.   

Our waitlists move quickly! If you are having trouble getting into class, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

requirements

We require your payment, registration, and signed waiver prior to taking classes. Please allow 15 minutes for registration when attending your first class. We supply mats and small equipment for classes.

studio etiquette

If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, you will not be permitted to enter and your spot may be forfeited to a person on the wait-list. Cell phones, handbags, and other belongings are not allowed inside of the mat room.

class cancellation

Early Cancel: You may cancel out of any class without penalty as long as you do so 6 or more hours before the scheduled start time (ex. 1:00pm or earlier for a class scheduled to begin at 7:00pm).

Late Cancel/No Show: If you cancel out of class less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time or do not show up for a class that you have reserved a spot in, you will be charged. When using a class card, you will automatically lose a class from your package. When using a Monthly (1-A-Day) Membership or an Annual Membership, you will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation/No Show Fee. If you desire, you may still use your Membership toward another class that day. The $10 fee will be automatically charged to the stored credit card on your Mindbody account. If you do not have a stored credit card on file, your account will be debited the $10 fee and you will be asked to reconcile the negative balance on your account upon your next visit, prior to taking any further classes. If a negative account balance remains on your account after 30 days, you will be sent an email invoice and required to pay within 15 business days. If timely payment is not received, Lithe Method reserves the right to deactivate your account until the balance has been settled in full.

If you know you cannot make it to class, please cancel yourself out in advance to avoid penalty. If you do not have internet access, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
